2017: Games of the Year

Hundreds of games are launched every year, some of them good, some of them not worth your pennies and there are some which takes gaming to a whole new level. It’s difficult for a gamer like me and you to sit back and check all of those on our Xbox or PC or any other gaming consoles for some obvious reasons such as, First time is money and Second neither me nor you have that much money. Yes we do have torrents but looking at the way it has been in recent times, don’t be surprised if there are none of them in coming days.

After discussing why it’s difficult to play all the games which are going to roll out this year it’s important to give a solution by listing a few games which we can’t miss to play this year.

  • Halo Wars 2

The newest edition to the Halo series, unarguably the king when it comes to real time strategy games. Halo wars 2 like the previous edition does a pretty good job in matching the standards which Microsoft has set for this sci-fi action gaming series. The campaign mode is captivating and full of some brilliant chapters while multiplayer mode filled with fast action and pace adds a glitch to the game. If you’re a fan RTS gaming and if you have had your hands on previous edition of Halo series then you can’t afford to miss the latest of the same

  • For Honor

Genre: Action Fighting Game

This games takes the player game in the history as it allows one to play as a character from three different factions. Set in the medieval period the game has Single and multiplayer modes while the multiplayer mode itself has five different modes which gives the gamer more options and variety and hence making the game more interesting and engaging.

  • Resident Evil 7: Biohazard

The 24th edition in one of the most decorated and popular gaming series of all time Resident evil, takes the gaming experience to a different level as the PS4 version of the same comes with VR Headset support enabling the user to engage more in the game.

The story is about Ethan who tries to find Mia and fights with many enemies like the old baker family and Molded. The game has a terrific design and an engrossing gameplay giving the series a whole new look.

  • Injustice 2

Available for: Xbox PS4, Android and IOS

This is the sequel to the hugely successful Warner-Bros superhero battle and we can’t wait for it already. If you haven’t played the first edition yet then you need to do yourself a favour and should grab the chance to witness an engaging storyline with some mindboggling graphics.

The Sequels has the same game play as the first part with some new super moves and ability to enhance those moves. May 2017 is your chance to be the new God among us.

  • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands

Available for: Xbox, PS4 and PC

Moving away from the futuristic setting introduced in the previous versions of the game, this tenth edition of the Tom Clancy Ghost Recon series will move to the open world environment having different varieties of environment settings such as mountain, forest and falls hence giving the shooting experience a whole new view.

Developed by Ubisoft it is said to be one of the biggest open world game ever and knowing the storyline and graphics of the previous instalment of the series we expect nothing but more of the same.
