Republic Day in India falls on 26th January. Which is just a few days away, are you all set for the grand day wala weekend?

The Republic Day is a gazetted holiday on 26th January every year. It is celebrated in grandeur every year with ceremonious parades in India Great, isn’t it?

(After all, it’s a huge national event for all the Indians & also India would be celebrating its 69th Republic Day this year. Thus, making it special, so are you filled with pride & patriotism?)

Patriotic Vibes are all set to spread across the world. Let’s see how India celebrates it?

1. Surat – The City Of Sun

Surat celebrates this day with great enthusiasm & pomp. Youth Nation Organisation took a step forward to create awareness in youth regarding drugs addiction on 26th January 2018 & are leading a big fun filled musical rally from Indoor Stadium To Kargil Chowk. The ‘Biking Queens’ & ‘Traffic Police’ will lead the rally followed by Live Band, Fashion Show and Jhankias! 150 Physically Challenged Students will come on Camel Cart promoting the message ‘Say No To Drugs’—Many NGO’s, Punjabi Samaj, Schools, MLA, SMC Commissioner, COP, etc will be a part of this ceremony—What a treat to the eyes? Surat People, just don’t miss it!

2. Delhi – The Capital Of India

The Capital celebrates 69th Republic Day with national fervour, pomp & gaiety. The ceremony is organised at India Gate where PM Narendra Modi had invited 10 Chief Heads Of ASEAN from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc. It’ll be telecasted live on Doordarshan, too. The parade has participants from the Indian Army, Air Force, students from the guest countries and BSF will also perform stunts on motorcycles, WOW!

(P.S: Don’t miss the AIR ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Tableaux & Rudra Helicopter is also gonna Make a debut!)

3. Punjab – The Heart Of India’s Sikh Community

Punjab Tableau will showcase ‘Sangat’ & ‘Pangat’ theme on this Republic Day something different, isn’t it? It’ll basically depict the oneness of humanity perfectly in keeping with the teachings of Sikh Gurus. Also, ‘Langar’ will be prepared wholly through the voluntary efforts of people!

4. Mumbai – The Most Populous City

As 26th January draws near, Maharashtra is on full swing for the Republic Day Celebrations! The parade will be held at Shivaji Park, Dadar. The Indian Navy will be seen showcasing its capabilities. Also, the Maharashtra Governor will inspect the guard of honour & bestow bravery medals to the police.

5. Hyderabad – The City Of Pearls & Charminars
